Our Corporate Plan is an important document, but it is not an end in itself. It has been developed as a result of our ongoing process of engagement involving elected members and staff, local people and communities and our many partners and stakeholders.
Our Corporate Plan presents a clear and ambitious long-term vision, strategic direction and objectives in order to deliver the best level of investment and services to improve the quality of life of all our citizens. It establishes the overarching context, focus and priorities within which all the Council’s supporting strategies, policies, plans and resources are based.
