  • Pulmonary disorders
  • Metabolic disorders

*All clients must seek a referral from their GP, Practice Nurse, Dietician or Physiotherapist.

What does the Programme entail?

It comprises of an initial assessment, interview and induction followed by eight weeks of supervised, structured exercise based on two to three sessions per week. On completion clients will attend a second assessment to ascertain how much progress has been made.

Exercise sessions, prescribed according to ability, include specially designed exercise fitness classes, fitness suite usage and other activities. Advice on risk factor modification is also made available throughout the Programme. Continuation classes are also made available to encourage adherence to the exercise routine.
