Community Safety is primarily about building safer communities and improving the quality of life for individuals living within the Armagh City and District Council area. The Community Safety Partnership works with a range of statutory, voluntary and community bodies who can help to deter crime and lower level disorder.
Our efforts are concentrated on 3 broad areas of work
- anti-social behaviour
- violent crime
- fear of crime/domestic burglary
We manage, support and finance a range of projects specifically aimed at impacting on these major themes.
